This is a very handy tool to have. Although I did not find myself very creative or very good at the Jing Screencast tool I think I could grow to really like this tool the more I play with it. It could be a very useful way of sharing lots of information in a very quick way. I guess I find it so appealing because I a small portion of me that likes to see things as well as do them in order to learn. This allows you to see the steps needed to complete a task.
You can save both images and videos in Jing. The images are saved in a PNG file and the video is saved in an SWF file. These files can be found in the Jing History, screencast.com, and/or your desk.
In order to retrieve these files or upload them to the blog you must go in and add the embed tool. At that point when you share it, it will give you the embed code that can be cut and pasted into video attachment.
