Google Forms

Click on Physical Activity to see my Google forms doc survey.

I always wondered how people created all of these online surveys and things that you get on web pages. This is pretty neat. Like Dr. Pierce said and many others have said, it is pretty user friendly. Just like any other program, the more you use it the easier it is to use and the better the product you produce is. I really enjoyed using this program. I can see myself using this in the near future in my classes. I can see myself using this exact survey to send home to students over the summer. I will just have to get permission from parents to send this the students email address or even post it to a web page and the students can access the web page on their own. This will help me to plan out new activities and at what level I can develop them. This will also set little flags and ideas into students heads to remind them that they need to be doing some type of physical activity everyday instead of setting in front of a computer (no offense), T.V. or video game all day.

ISTE NETS T standard that I think it compares to the most is # 2 and # 3. Design and Develop Digital-Age learning Experiences and Assessments. Model Digital-Age Work and Learning. Design and adapt relevant learning experiences that incorporate digital tools and resources to promote student learning and creativity. Collaborate with students, peers, parents, and community members using digital tools and resources to support student success and innovation.
